UNL Extension is committed to helping large-scale agricultural producers and small acreage owners. Our research-based programs can help you, the agricultural producer, produce a safe and wholesome food supply that is environmentally friendly and profitable. We can also help the new and established acreage owner with timely information to help you better manage your rural living environment.

A well known and highly regarded resource for agricultural marketing and management information is UNL Extension’s Market Journal. This program is televised weekly on Nebraska NET stations and available at no charge via the web. Market Journal provides current grain/livestock market commentary and analysis; weather, climate, and soil moisture updates; practical advice from seasoned, working producers; and more.

Acreage & Small Farm Insights provides research-based educational materials on a variety of topics from animal management to weed control. You may also choose to receive the Acreage E-News free monthly newsletter.
